I spoke to Steve on the phone before I ordered the spares. As previously he was extremely helpful. I was also intending to purchase new brake pads and he actually talked me out of it! Instead he explained how to check and adjust them properly. Needless to say he was absolutely right and we didn’t need any. His customer service is first rate and he is very deserving of the 5 star review. Thoroughly recommend for good honest first rate service.
